foreign partner should clear PPA agreement with government and all other related documents needed for the EPC and O&M for the gas engine projects. Our EPC will invest 50% of the financing and also act as EPC, operation and maintenance contractor for the project.

So if you can get PPA (power purchase agreement) with State Own Grid companies or Federal government, and the power projects will be gas engine generator set or HFO diesel generator or Diesel generator powered, we can negotiate with you for the investment and EPCF and O&M, the investment ratio can be negotiated too, generally from 30%-85% from our side.
